Keeping your heart is your responsibility. You are to do it with all diligence All matters of life proceeds from it. Your heart is the fountain of your life. Beware! Beware of offences . God will never ask you, “Who” or “what offended you?” He’ll rather ask you, “Why were you offended?” Protect your heart from distraction, anxiety and worries. Your heart is your life! The state of your heart will determine the results u will be getting. Guard your heart and keep you healthy .

Attempts to defend self is always futile. If your doing is right, never attempt to defend yourself. Let time and people discover you and your genuineness. Allow your work not your words speak for you now and always. Matt.5:11, 12; Jesus answered these who were sent to be bless by John, Go and show John again those things which Ye do hear and see.” - 11: 2 – 6 Nothing defends a man like his works. Your work is your true worth. Your record is your reckoning. When issues arise about you, always be eager to ask people to check the records. Open up to be audited by superiors and subordinates. "And who shall harm you if you be follower of that which is good.” – 1Pet.3:13

Life is meant to be for continuous progress. The present state of your life is a comfortable zone. Many have sacrificed the greatness of their future to the comfort of the present. Between your present and your future is inconvenience. But, movement is never convenient. It is stretching, it is “stressful”. But it is that stretch that leads to a spread. The stretch may tell a toll on you but it will make you tall in the end. If the toll will make me tall, then I am eager to go for it. SHARE

No wonder more folks are dying from cancer than ever before. We wonder where this stuff comes from, but here is an example that explains a lot of the cancer-causing incidents.
