Ideas fly on the wings of action,its action that brings forth the headstone of decisions. Discussion must move on to decision and then graduate into implementation. Without implementation program deliberation will end in waste bin. You must move from deliberation room to implementation field. Action will naturally take you ahead of others. It is those who take a step ahead of others who leads other. Action, action and prompt action is the key to leadership.
