Battles of the HEART (Deliverance of the MIND)

                       Introduction

When we mention Deliverance, the first thing to come across some people's mind is the picture of a person that is possessed by a demon.
Most times, someone may not be posses by a demon but his deeds are Demonic and cruel, this is simple, "demons can influence people's thoughts and their thoughts produce their actions."
Everyone of us at some point some how have had evil suggestions in our mind, does that mean we are possessed?
As we go on in this teaching, you will understand what I mean by "Deliverance of the Mind"

                  The HEART (proverbs 4:23)
Do you see the importance of the mind from prov4?
⚡The mind controls everything that goes on in your life.
⚡Your life goes in The direction of your thoughts.
⚡The quality of Your life cannot exceed the state of your heart.
1)The heart is the department of a man's life that controls the thoughts, reasoning and thinking of the man.
2)The region where ideas are processed.
3)The seat of a man's decision and choices.
4)The man's mind is what is responsible for the man's actions, physical appearance and identity.
Are you seeing how important the heart is?
⚡A man's life goes in the direction of his thoughts. (Prov23:7a)
.⚡The quality of your life cannot be different from your thought.
⚡A change in a man's life at any point, is a change of thinking. ( A change of heart, a change of mind)
❗❗❗❗Repentance is actually a change of thinking for the better❗❗❗❗
⚡A change in thinking will result to a change in actions and behaviour.
⚡A man's action is controlled by his mind.
⭐"The whole kingdom of darkness knows and understand very well that the heart of the man is the for his thoughts and his thoughts  result in his actions, so they fight hard to influence or control the man's thoughts through; what the man sees, what hears, what he feels,  and what he perceives"⭐
❗If Demons can successfully influence your thinking, then they can control your actions and behavior and whoever can control you is your master.
⚡Satan does not have to summon you to the coven to kill you, he can kill you by gradually influencing your thinking.

        How to be free from Satanic Influence

1) Be careful what you watch or what you look at.
⭐ The eyes are gate ways to your heart, what your eyes see, your heart will think about and what you think about determine your actions and behaviors

2)Select what you listen to.
❗when you listen to rotten words and you arbor them in your heart, soon you begin to speak rotten words and do rotten things..
❗Don't listen to songs that describe or paint a good picture of immorality or corruption.

               matt 15:18-20

3) Choose not to enjoy Negative thoughts.

4)Choose not to entertain suggestions that defiles you.

5)Discard every thought that does not empower your prosperity in a Godly way.

6) Study God's words tirelessly.

7)Pray for the Holy Spirit to purge and purify your heart, in fact ask the  Lord for a renewed heart.

8)Pray to be free from self-deceit.

9)Ask God to give you the grace and wisdom to live a life the pleases him.
