Forgiveness Matt 6:12

Let me start by saying that as humans we all make mistakes and we offend people every now and then, sometimes unknowingly.
As a matter of fact many families and homes are experiencing one trouble or the other because someone refused to forgive. If we find the origin of the wars and controversies that is going on between certain people,  in certain places and even nations, we will find unforgiveness at the root of it.
We were not taught how to forgive, therefore we derived joy in holding grudges and keeping malice.  If this grudge and malice is unattended to it will result into a big sickness,  we were not taught this  in school.
When people offend us, we think that if we hold grudges and keep malice with them we are punishing them,  Unknown to us we are harming ourselves. 
Unforgiveness does not solve any problems instead it worsen the situation of things.

BENEFITS OF FORGIVENESS

1)You obtain forgiveness from God. Matt6:12

2) You will stay healthy. 
   ⚡ The energy you could have used to quarrel and shout  will be reserved and be used for better activities latter.
    ⚡ When you see a person that has offended you and you have refused to forgive him/her you heartbeat increases, if this continues after along time you will develop a heart problem or high blood pressure.

3) You have a good record before God and Man (Proverbs 3:3-4)

4)You enjoy peace inside of you. When your at peace you  solve other problems easily.

5) You always put on a smiling face and you look more beautiful and handsome when you smile.
⚡ Bitterness and anger makes you look like and act like beasts.

6)You will have a peaceful relationship with with others and God.

7)  You grow and prosper spiritually.
